How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and locate your order, or contact our support team through the in-app support channel and we will assist.
Free trial
New subscribers get a 3-day free trial. You can cancel any time during the trial and will not be charged.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the "Manage subscription" area inside the app. After cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
